Through April and early May there are a few options and changes to the normal Tuesday Speed Endurance sessions and Thursday evening Group Runs.

April – Tues Speed Endurance
Tue 2,9,16,23 Kenyan Hills – Speed training on a gentle slope. Work on pace up and down
Or Bunny Runs (3ms 300’) & Relay (23rd), Penistone Hill, Haworth

Popular. Fun. Suitable for all levels. Definitely off-road – need good grip shoes.
Tue 30 Bob Smith Handicap / Myrtle Park – proposed date/location.

Suitable for all Tues & Thurs Senior runners. No alternative session.

May – Tues Speed Endurance
Tue 7 Keith & Judith Firm 5k No 1 / Myrtle Park– proposed date / location.
Summer monthly Club 5k series. Details to be confirmed on BH Team App Events
Part of the Endurance training programme. Chart your progress.
Suitable for all Tue & Thurs runners.
Tue 14 Onwards – Summer Speed work on grass. 5k series monthly.

Thursday Group Runs – April onwards
With the lighter evenings the group runs will move onto paths and trails around Bingley. As it has been very wet recently we strongly recommend off-road running shoes with better grip on soft wet ground and mud. If it is dry underfoot then your road shoes will be OK, but we seem to be a long way from that at the moment.
