The routes have been recc’ed, everything has been firmed up at the Clarendon and hopefully we’ll have a decent day weather wise. Longer route here https://www.strava.com/routes/3299086888959718512 we’re running along the Dalesway from Grassington, back to Yarnbury, Lead mines, Hebden Gill and then into Hebden. About 9 miles and all good running. The shorter route here https://www.strava.com/routes/3299081460576584662 cuts up to Yarnbury from Grassington and more or less follows the same route back to Hebden, approx 5-6 miles. A short walk/run is also available along the river from Grassington to suspension bridge and up to the Clarendon, about 3-4 miles. Still a small number of places available. START TIME:
The coach will depart from Rawdon at 8:45 am and call at the usual pick up points.
Greengates, Thackley, Shipley, Saltaire, Bingley, Crossflatts/Morton Lane, Riddlesdon, Keighley.
and take us to National Parks Centre in Grassington arriving at approx 11am for our Christmas Photo and our festive run.
There will be a choice of 3 runs all of mixed terrain starting from the centre……15K – 10K – 6K
Arrival at the the pub at approx 12:30 – a room with shower will be provided for the Ladies.
Men – we’re on the coach or in the car park.
