Would anyone like to join a recce of Leg 5 of the BMWay. Whether you are pencilled in for the event (Sun 13 Jun) or not – it will be a lovely run out. Leg 5 is 10.7 miles, starts just above Ilkley and finishes in Bingley (Bradford & Bingley Rugby Club). Steady pace if you run with me – last week we split into 3 groups at different paces. Timing has some flex at the moment but I would like it to be morning and will set aside 8am to 12. We will need to drop some cars off at the end first so we can get back! Whichever day is better for you, there may be others likewise so you may be able to get together and organise your own recce – you can choose your Leg 😉. I can help with maps, the written descriptions are on the website (Saltaire Striders) along with some .gpx files if you can manage the technology.
