Bradford & Bingley Club with Becky Weight. 6.30 start, 30 minutes.
Focus on key muscle groups for running and action for running style.
Improve your running, be more robust and resilient against injury, and be ready for your Intervals.
All welcome. May be outside so dress appropriately
Training fees apply – Members £1, Guests £2 (first visit free) for the evening so includes the Intervals which follow (7-8pm)
Please book in. Meet 6.25 for 6.30 start at B&B Rugby Club.
