#Thu 23 Dec – Christmas Lights Run, from B&B Rugby Club visiting :
• Primrose Lane to the Gilstead Christmas tree on the corner
• A loop off round Swan Avenue – in at the bottom entrance and out at the top
• Past Santa on his ladder on Wagon Lane and towards Pengarth to the house at the end
• Back to the roundabout then through the top of Prince of Wales park (look out for snowmen on the snowman trial!) to the paving stone steps onto Stonegate.
• Then left down Lady Lane, right at Park Road and then left onto Villa Road to admire their advent windows
• Then back past Dave’s and back onto Park Road into Bingley for the Bingley Xmas lights and tree by the arts centre, then back to the club house on the main road.
Myself and Dave Stephenson will lead groups. If you want a longer / faster version – I am sure you can find some loops to add like off Wagon Lane around Stone Hill, Southway (well lit) Sheriff Lane ;-)
Also note that there will be no organised club runs next week Tue 28 and Thu 30 Dec. If you want to organise something publicise it on Facebook and I can add it to Team App. Re-start Tue 4th Jan.
Social Group Runs from the B&B Rugby Club – between 4 and 9 miles depending on the group, mostly good surface but may not be street lighting. Covid restrictions still apply (see website links below). We are now in the dark so please wear some reflective or light coloured clothing and you may find a head torch useful. Please book in by RSVP on this event. If you have any queries – please contact the Leaders below.

http://www.bingleyharriers.co.uk/blog/2021/03/25/preparing-to-restart-outdoor-group-activities-from-29-mar-2021/A training fee is payable at B&B Rugby Club – buy a Quarterly pass (Oct – Dec) for £9 to cover your B&B Tue and Thu sessions – it’s a bargain, saves you finding those coins, and gives you more incentive to get yourself down as you have already paid. Alternatively ‘pay-as-you-go’ each evening – £1 for members, £2 for guests (first session free). Guests are welcome – please contact the leader as above.
The club house is now open so you are welcome to stay for a drink and chat after your run, and there are toilet facilities.
If you have any queries please let me know.
Looking forward to seeing you there.
