NB Street parking & Car Park at the end of Ferncliffe Rd – generally 2 hours free (please check). Other Council pay & display carparks have a £1 charge for parking after 6pm. Don’t invite a parking ticket
30 minutes to focus on those key muscle groups to support your strength and running style helping you run more efficiently and more easily at a better pace, and be more robust against injury.
This session is generally indoors at the moment but on occasion may be outdoors.
