We missed Feb’s Last Thursday Food due to the floods but March is a long month so we don’t need to miss out altogether. Come and make plans for the Track, the Fells or the Road, or pick up with fellow runners to organise training runs.
On the last Thursday of each month (usually!) we head into the Bradford & Bingley clubhouse between 8.15 and 9, after the Group Runs* to tuck into Pie, Chips and Peas. Plans are for a large homemade tray meat pie (£4.50) or veg option. If you have any more specific dietary needs let me know. Really hits the spot after a dark evening run. With a drink and a chat – plan out all your running, find out what’s going on, or just catch up with someone you haven’t seen for a while. Pay cash or card on the night to Louise in the kitchen.

The Run will be a ‘Road Out and Back’. 30 mins Out, turn round and 30 minutes Back (or 29 if you want an extra challenge) – at a good, but sustainable pace – no slowing down on the way back, or for the extra challenge, step it up a notch on the way back. All on the same route so the faster runners will be catching up on the way back, and we all get back at the same time ;-).
So get yourself down to run, eat and chat. If you can’t make both you are welcome to either just run or just eat – please RSVP to this event so we can gauge numbers.
