Bradford & Bingley Club. Shona Stone will put you through your paces to get you warmed up, challenge some of those running muscles and improve some of those running movements, while I am having a few days cycling. Thanks to Caroline Francis for last weeks session – I hope you enjoyed the change.

30 minutes to focus on those key muscle groups to support your strength and running style helping you run more efficiently and more easily at a better pace, and be more robust against injury.
This session is generally indoors at the moment but on occasion may be outdoors.
