Bradford & Bingley Club. Caroline Francis will put you through your paces to get you warmed up, challenge some of those running muscles and improve some of those running movements, while I am having a few days camping. Thanks to Caroline.

30 minutes to focus on those key muscle groups to support your strength and running style helping you run more efficiently and more easily at a better pace, and be more robust against injury.
This session is generally outdoors in the summer.
