At Bradford & Bingley Club. 30 minutes to focus on those key muscle groups to support your strength and running style helping you run more efficiently and more easily at a better pace, and be more robust against injury. The key message is to be consistent – pick the important elements for you out of this session and repeat them another 2-3 times each week (15 – 20 mins per session) and you will soon notice the difference.
This session is generally outdoors in the summer.
