All the races are run under Fell Runners Association rules – see Requirements for Runners on https://www.fellrunner.org.uk/documents.php. Assume you need full kit and note that electronic / GPS navigation aids are not allowed in races.

If you are new to the fells but would like to give it a go we can help with advice, kit, maps etc. I would like as many people to join in as possible even if you can’t manage 6 events to score.
We are also targetting teams at the English Fell Champs races and relay teams for the Bradford Millenium Way and the October Fell Relays – details under Disciplines.
